Our winter holiday this year was a "samoyede expedition to the Dovre mountains"! It was cold weather, down to -30 degrees C and rather strong wind during the night, but quite nice and sunny during the day. The samoyedes worked hard, pulling sledges and pulkas. The lundies had a wonderful time running free, and barking at the musk oxen we met the last day (in safe distance though!).
The summit of Snøhetta is more than 2000 m. We reached it at sunset. The light was unforgettable.
Vinterferie på Dovre er fantastisk. Vi nådde endelig Snøhetta og fikk se toppen i solnedgangen. En uforglemmelig opplevelse.
